After the revolution of ASICS' big METASPEED and BLAST lineups from 2025, the SUPERBLAST 3 reclaims the stage in 2026, an amalgamation of features that we loved in the SUPERBLAST 2, plus heaps worth of the updates that made ASICS' 2025 lineup such a hit. It's ready to be the all-star super shoe of the ASICS lineup.

In its midsole, the Superblast 3 gives us a top layer of FF LEAP foam, as seen in ASICS' METASPEED Ray, Sky, and Edge racing shoes. This material is exceptionally lightweight and responsive, offering race-day worthy energy return and rebound. This FF LEAP foam is supported by a second, bottom layer of FF BLAST PLUS foam, which adds the structure and stability that's needed in a performance trainer. Together with a new Trampoline Pod to enhance springiness in the shoe, this midsole will bring a competitive super shoe edge to your regular workouts.

The SUPERBLAST 3's upper is composed of recycled polyester and a dope dyed sockliner for light, breathable comfort. A new eyestay construction helps protect your lockdown, while a flared heel cup allows for easy slip-ons and slip-offs.
