Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Orders over $50: Free Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $50: A flat shipping rate will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes roughly 5–7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email so you can monitor your delivery.

What is your international shipping policy?

We love seeing our products all around the world, but at this time, we limit our shipping exclusively to the lower 48 States of the United States.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

We safely and securely accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. (Note: Cash is accepted for in-store purchases and local pickup options only).

What is your Return Policy?

  • Shoes: Take them for a spin! Any new and unused shoe in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. For select shoe brands (Hoka, Saucony, New Balance, Asics, Topo, or Brooks — including Brooks bras), you have a 30-day trial period to test them indoors or outdoors. If you don't love them, return them in the original box for an exchange or in-store credit.

  • Apparel and Accessories: Any new, unwashed, and unused apparel or accessories in their original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on nutrition products, electronics (including Garmin), or gift cards.

  • Please note: We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges on items that show excessive damage, wear, or are missing original components outside of our standard trial terms.

How do I make a return or exchange?
