What is your Return Policy?
Shoes – Take them for a spin. Any new and unused shoe in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for a refund. For any Hoka, Saucony, New Balance, Asics, Topo or Brooks shoes (Brooks bras included too) you do have 30 days to try them indoor or outdoors, and if you don't love them return them in the original box for exchange or in-store credit.
Apparel and Accessories – Any new and unused apparel or accessories in its original package with tags on can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for a refund.
Sorry no returns on nutrition products, electronics (including Garmin), or gift cards.
We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary. -
How do I make a return or exchange?
You can either bring your product(s) back to the store or send it back to us. Please email us at support@utahrun.com to set up the return or exchange.
